Terms and Conditions

1. *Offer valid in the following countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom.
2. The applicable discount for online bookings is up to 25% on prepaid and/or no-prepaid rates for all Europcar customers. An additional 5% discount is applied to Privilege members who book via this specific webpage using their Privilege ID. The discount is applicable to cars, vans and trucks, except restriction mentioned below.
3. Offer is valid for bookings placed between 16th October 2017 and 29th October 2017 and for rentals made between 6th November and 31st December 2017.
4. Rentals are subject to Europcar General Rental Terms and to Specific Rental Terms applicable at time of rental in country of rental, available on website: www.europcar.com

5. Specific conditions apply for this offer. Discount shown below include the additional discount for Privilege members:

   • - In Belgium: the applicable discount is 20%. The offer is applicable for booking period between 3 and 22 days. The offer is not applicable for booking between 15^th December 2017 and 31^st December 2017. A minimum of 2 days advance booking period is required. ECMD, CCMD, CWMD, SVMD and FVMD are excluded from the offer. More details regarding car categories codes.
   • - In France: the applicable discount is up to 20%, on rentals between 2 to 29 days only:
   • ·        For customers coming from https://www.europcar.fr/promotion/privilege-octobre-2017
   • o       2-4 days week-end rentals: 15% discount in case of pick up on Fridays and Saturdays
   • o       5-29 days: 20% discount
   • ·        For customers coming from https://www.europcar.com/offers/privilege-october-2017
   • o       5-29 days only: 15% discount
   • The offer is not applicable for rentals between 18^th December 2017 and 31^st December 2017. The offer is not applicable in all Europcar stations. To see more details about Europcar stations, please refer the specific tab.
   • - In Germany: the applicable discount is 20%. The offer is not applicable for 1 and 2 days rentals in case of pick up on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. The offer is not applicable for rentals between 21st December 2017 and 26th December 2017 and from 21^st December 2017 and 31st December 2017, see the list of stations concerned.
   • - In Ireland: the applicable discount is 15%. The offer is not applicable for 1 and 2 days rentals in case of pick up on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. The offer is not applicable for rentals between 26^th October 2017 and 28^th October 2017 and from 15^th December 2017 and 31^st December 2017.
   • - In Italy: the applicable discount is 20%. The offer is not applicable for 1 and 2 days rentals in case of pick up on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. The offer is not applicable for rental between 27^th October 2017 and 28^th October 2017, from 7^th December 2017 and 8^th December 2017, and from 20^th December 2017 and 31^st December 2017.
   • - In New-Zealand: the applicable discount is 23% and only for rentals of 3 days and more. The discount is 23% for rentals of 8 days and more for customers coming from abroad. The discount is 20% for rentals of 3 days and more for domestic customers.
   • - In Portugal: the applicable discount is up to 30%. The offer is not applicable for 1 and 2 days rentals in case of pick up on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. The offer is not applicable for rentals from 22^nd December 2017 and 31^st December 2017 on Madeira Island. The discount is 30% for rentals from 6^th November 2017 and 21^st December 2017. The discount is 15% for rentals from 22^nd December 2017 and 31^st December 2017 for Mainland and Azores São Miguel.
   • - In Spain: the applicable discount is up to 30%. The offer is not applicable for 1 and 2 days rentals in case of pick up on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. The discount is up to 30% for rentals from 6^th November 2017 and 21^st December 2017. The offer is not applicable for rentals from 22^nd December 2017 and 31^st December 2017.
   • - In United-Kingdom: the applicable discount is up to 30%. The offer is not applicable between 18^th December 2017 and 28^th December 2017 in UK excluding Scotland. The offer is not applicable between 18^th December 2017 and 2^nd January 2018 in Scotland. The offer is valid for booking made via: https://www.europcar.co.uk/deals/october-global-sale-privilege

   • o       0% discount for rentals of 28 days or more
   • ·        For  pick up from Thursday to Saturday from 4^th December 2017 and 13^th December 2017, in all locations:
   • o       20% discount for rentals from 1 to 6 days
   • o       10% discount for rentals from 7 to 20 days
   • o       0% discount for rentals of 21 days or more
   • ·        From 14^th December 2017 and 17^th December 2017, in all locations all days:
   • o       10% discount for rentals from 1 to 7 days
   • o       15% discount for rentals from 14 to 20 days
   • o       0% discount for rentals of 21 days or more
   • ·        From 29^th December 2017 and 2^nd January 2017, in all locations (excluding Scotland) all days:
   • o       25% discount for rentals from 1 to 20 days
   • o       20% discount for rentals from 20 to 27 days
