Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel your booking.


  • If you have booked via a third party partner e.g. TUI, Booking.com you should contact the partner used to book the car directly.

  • If you need another way to cancel, you can click here to contact us.


You can do this yourself to save time :



If you have a Europcar customer account and have made your booking on the Europcar website Log in to your account and click on ‘existing booking’.
