I forgot my Europcar ID. What can I do?

You have several possibilities to find it :

You can look up the number under "Driver ID" on your most recent Europcar invoice or rental agreement.

Otherwise, please use the ID search function in the "Login" area in the homepage by clicking on "Forgot your ID?".

Please check your Europcar Privilege card : you can find your number on the front of the card under " ID".

Alternatively, you can send us a message via our contact page stating your birthday and the first and last 4 digits of your driving licence number.
