I need to retrieve my invoice. What should I do?
- You booked online with a valid email address.
- The rental was completed between 36 hours and less than 6 months ago.
- Payment was made by credit card.
- Go to “Manage my booking”, enter your email address or name and reservation number, then click on “Download invoice”.
- If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us via the dedicated VIP member line provided. You will find the number in your VIP member welcome email.
